1. Heat the falafels according to the instructions on the packaging.

2. Cut the peppers into 4 pieces and brush them with oil.

3. Grill or pan-fry the peppers over a good heat until soft.

4. Cut the peppers into smaller strips.

5. Warm the pita breads in the oven and fill them with falafels, strips of bell pepper and lamb's lettuce, as well as garlic dressing.
