Pizza with artichoke hearts

1. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water.

2. Add the flour, oil and salt.

3. Knead the dough well and leave to rise in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into 2 and roll out the pieces on a floured board to fit two smaller baking sheets (40x30cm).

5. Place the flat pizza bases on baking paper and spread with pizza topping.

6. Mix the beef with the garlic and roll the meat into small balls.

7. Top the pizzas with beef balls, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.

8. Divide the artichoke pesto randomly between the two pizzas and sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.

9. Bake the pizzas for 20 minutes in a 200°C oven.

Serving tip:
