Spicy Tortilla

1. Pour the flour, baking powder, sea salt, red chilli, chopped coriander, olive oil and milk into a bowl and knead well for about 5 minutes.

2. Shape the dough into a ball and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

3. Fry the flank steak on a grill pan and cut into thin slices.

4. After 15 minutes in the fridge, divide the dough into 8 parts and roll out each part thinly to about 20 cm in diameter.

5. Fry the 8 tortillas individually on a dry pan - about 30 seconds on each side.

6. Serve your tortillas with lettuce, flank steak, avocado, red onion and sun-dried tomatoes, and top with aioli with chilli.
