Root vegetable fries

1. Wash and clean your potatoes or root vegetables, and cut them into sticks or boats.

2. Place them on a baking tray with baking paper.

3. Pour over the oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake the potatoes or root vegetables in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes - depending on your oven.
