Lettuce wraps with chicken salad and creamy fresh condiment

  • 300 g fried chicken
  • 1 dl Svansø Organic Plant-based Creamy Fresh Dressing
  • 1 dl edamame beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 g mango
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped parsley
  • 8 lettuce leaves


1. Cut the chicken into strips and add to the dressing with the edamame beans.

2. Cut the peppers and mango into cubes and mix both in with the coarsely chopped parsley.

3. Arrange the chicken salad in lettuce leaves and sprinkle with a little extra parsley if desired.
