Warm bagels with burrata and green pesto

Ingredients
Ingredients- 4 chili bagels
- 8 tbsp Svansø Sandwich Spread Light
- 4 pk. burrata
- 1 bag of salad mix
- 1 jar of grilled peppers
- 1 jar Svansø green pesto
Preparation
Preparation1. Warm the bagels, cut them in half and spread them with Svansø Sandwich spread Light.
2. Arrange the salad on top.
3. Spread strips of grilled bell pepper on top.
4. Drain the burrata and carefully open in half on top of each bagel.
5. Spread a good tablespoon of pesto over the burrata and place the lid on the bagels before serving.
