Hasselback Potatoes

1. Turn the oven to 180 degrees convection.

2. Make as many cuts/grooves across the potatoes as possible - without cutting all the way through.

3. Put them on a baking tray.

4. Melt the butter and brush it on the potatoes. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and thyme.

5. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.

6. Serve with aioli with tarragon.
