Tortillas with grilled tiger prawns

  1. Light the grill. If the skewers are wooden, soak them in water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop red cabbage and toss with 1 tsp. salt
  3. After 30 minutes, rinse the cabbage well with water and place in a sieve (the cabbage should be drained well, preferably squeezed with your hands)
  4. Remove the shell from the prawns and toss them in finely grated lime zest from 1 lime, olive oil and salt
  5. Place 3-4 prawns on each skewer
  6. Coarsely chop the cashews
  7. Finely chop the spring onions
  8. Now sprinkle the tortillas with a little water and grill them for 10 seconds on each side, then place them in a kitchen towel
  9. Place the prawn skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 min on each side


  1. Place 3-4 dollops of aioli along the center of the tortilla
  2. Place the prawns on
  3. Add cabbage along the prawns
  4. Topped with nuts and spring onions
  5. Served with lime wedges
