Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

2. Thinly slice the garlic and fry it in a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Add the sunflower seeds to the same pan and toast them for a few minutes to take on the flavor of the garlic.

4. Nip the salmon apart into smaller pieces.

5. Drain most of the pasta water from the cooked pasta. Save some pasta water for the sauce.

6. Add Svansø Green Pesto, garlic, sunflower seeds to the pasta and mix everything together. Add a little pasta water if it is too thick.

7. Arrange on a plate and scatter pieces of salmon on top,

8. Finally, grate the lemon peel over the top and add a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
