Stir the yeast into lukewarm water. Then add salt, olive oil and the seeds.

Gradually add the flour and knead the dough well.

Let the dough rise for an hour.

Grease the string bread sticks with a little olive oil.

Roll the dough into thin sausages and wrap them around the sticks.

Bake the loaves over the embers on the fire until they are cooked through.
