Preparation

1. Cut chicken into smaller pieces and fry in a hot pan with fajita seasoning.

2. Thinly slice the red onion and rinse the parsley.

3. Make an incision in the pita breads so that they are open.

4. Add 2 tablespoons. Svansø Pepper Pesto in the pita breads.

5. Then add the fried chicken and sliced red onion.

6. Crumble in the feta and add whole stalks of parsley.

7. Close the pita breads and heat them in a panini grill or on a hot pan with something heavy on top until the feta is slightly melted and the pita breads are crispy.

8. Cut the pita breads in half to reveal the scent and taste of the Mediterranean.
