Ingredients

Preparation

1. Heat a saucepan with about 3 dl of unflavored oil.

2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

3. Rinse the cucumber and peel it into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.

4. Cut the mango and carrot into thin sticks and cut the avocado into thin wedges.

5. Fry the tempura prawns for about 5 minutes in the pan with hot oil until golden.

6. Spread the rice, edamame beans, carrot, mango, cucumber, pickled red onion and avocado in a bowl.

7. Place the crispy tempura shrimp on top.

8. Finally, drizzle generously with Svansø Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with a slice of lime.

7. Bake the pizzas for 8-12 minutes depending on the oven, until the pizzas look golden.

8. Pick and spread rosemary on the pizzas to taste.

9. Finish with Svansø Rameson dressing and serve.
