Parmesan fries with truffle mayo

1. Preheat the oven to 200°.

2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin rods.

3. Toss them in a mixture of oil, grated Parmesan and salt.

3. Place on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for approx. 30 minutes - turn the potatoes after 20 minutes.

4. Serve with truffle mayonnaise!
