Baked potatoes with creamy bearnaise

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C convection.

2. Place the potatoes on 2 layers of tin foil and add 1 tsp. oil, 1 sprig rosemary and 1 sprig oregano on each potato. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Fold the foil around the potatoes and bake for about 1 hour.

4. Unwrap the potatoes and serve with creamy bearnaise and fresh tarragon on top.
