Pesto buns

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Soak the yeast in the cold water.

2. Add the flour, pesto and sea salt and mix well with a hand mixer. The dough should be very wet and sticky.

3. Fill the dough into large plastic bags (without tying the bags) and place them in the fridge.

4. When the dough has been in the fridge for 12 hours, take it out and turn on the oven to 275°C.

5. Cut 3-4 cm off one corner of the plastic bags, and through the hole squeeze the balls out onto a baking tray.

6. Sprinkle the balls with flour and bake for 8 minutes at 275°C.

7. Then bake the buns at 225°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.

The pesto balls are served with pasta salad.
