Vegan muesli bar with chocolate and raspberries

1. Put almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dates in a blender or mini chopper.

2. Blend until you have a coarse mass.

3. Place the mixture in a large bowl and add the chia seeds, flax seeds and coconut flour.

4. Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and syrup in a small saucepan or in the microwave.

5. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl for the nuts, stirring well to cover all the nuts and seeds.

6. Put the mixture in an oblong dish, depending on what you have available, and press the nuts and seeds together well.

7. Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave and spoon it on top of the muesli bars.

8. Finally, top with freeze-dried raspberries, which you can turn to dust in a mini chopper.

9. Finally, put the muesli bars in the fridge for an hour, after which they are ready to serve.
