Snowball cookies with walnuts

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Coarsely chop the walnuts.

2. Stir together the wheat flour, walnuts, hazelnut flakes, sugar, butter and vanilla until a smooth dough forms.

3. If the dough is too loose, knead it with your hands at the end.

4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

5. To prevent them from overflowing during baking, it is a good idea to bake them in small muffin tins to keep the "snowball shape".

6. Bake cookies 12-15 minutes at 175 degrees.

7. Let them cool on a baking tray and sprinkle with icing sugar and freeze-dried raspberries.
