Cookies with nuts and chocolate

Beat the butter, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar together - preferably using a mixer with a K-iron or an electric whisk. Beat for 5 minutes.

Add the egg and whisk for a further 2-3 minutes.

Sift the baking powder and wheat flour into the dough. Add salt and beat for a few minutes more.

Stir in chocolate chips, hazelnut flakes and chopped almonds. Mix well and form into 12 small balls. Put them in the fridge for 1 hour.

Turn the oven to 180°C convection.

Place the balls on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with salt and chopped almonds. Bake the balls for about 12 minutes, until they are completely flat and golden.

Leave them to cool for a few minutes on the baking tray until they have dropped. Place them on a wire rack.
