Oatmeal balls with freeze-dried raspberries

1. Grind the oats in a food processor or blender and add the dates, freeze-dried raspberries, coconut oil and coconut flour.

2. Run the mixture until it sticks together well, it takes a few minutes. If necessary, add a little water if the mixture is too dry.

3. Roll the mixture into balls and coat in freeze-dried raspberries, chopped white chocolate or coconut flour.

4. Store the oatmeal balls in the fridge until serving.
