Coconut confection with white chocolate and cranberries

1. Place the coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut oil and cane sugar in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the coconut milk has melted and the mixture is completely smooth.

2. Put it in the fridge to cool, and when the mixture is completely cooled, roll small balls and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

3. Dip the cold coconut balls in melted white chocolate and garnish with dried cranberries.
