1. Mix 250 g butter and sugar. Add flour and sea salt.

2. Knead the dough well and shape it into a ball.

3. Wrap the dough in Vita Wrap and leave in the fridge for half an hour.

4. Line an ovenproof dish (20x30cm) with baking paper. Press the dough into the dish and about 2 cm up the sides.

5. Bake the dough at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

6. Heat 75 g butter, brown sugar and honey in a saucepan until well melted.

7. Chop the almonds and walnuts and mix them with the warm mixture.

8. Add the 2 eggs, stir and spread the mixture on top of the pre-baked dough.

9. Bake the cake for another 30 minutes.

10. Allow the cake to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
