Rice porridge with cinnamon sugar

  • Rice porridge:
  • 250 g Porridge
  • 2,5 dl water
  • 1 l whole milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • In addition:
  • 1 dl Svansø Organic cane sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Butter


1. Rinse the porridge thoroughly.

2. Boil the porridge in water in a thick-bottomed pan for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the milk and cook for about 45 minutes on a low heat under a lid until you have a creamy rice porridge. Stir regularly.

4. Season with a little salt.

5. Stir sugar and cinnamon to cinnamon sugar.

6. Arrange the rice pudding in bowls, top with cinnamon sugar and a knob of butter if desired.
