Preparation

1. Soak the yeast in the cold water.

2. Add the flour, sea salt, olive oil and honey and mix well for 5-10 minutes. The dough should be both wet and sticky.

3. Add the seeds and stir for 1-2 minutes more.

4. Divide the dough into 2 freezer bags and put them in the fridge.

5. When the dough has been in the fridge for 12 hours, take it out and turn on the oven to 275°C.

6. Cut 3-4 cm off one corner of both freezer bags and squeeze the balls through the hole onto a baking tray.

7. Sprinkle the balls with a little extra seeds and bake for 8 minutes at 275°C.

8. Then turn the oven down to 225°C and bake the buns for about 15 minutes, until golden.
