Pizza slices with sunflower seeds

1.Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the milk and water.

2. Stir in the yeast, then add the salt and egg.

3. Add the oatmeal, rye flour and about half of the wheat flour and mix well.

4. Add the rest of the wheat flour a little at a time and mix well, using a mixer if necessary.

5. Let the dough rise covered for about 30 minutes.

6. Turn the dough out onto a floured board and flatten it slightly.

7. Put the pizza topping, egg, grated mozzarella and sunflower seeds on the dough and fold it together.

8. Now cut the dough crosswise, folding it as you go so that the filling is mixed with the dough but not kneaded into the dough.

9. Take a little dough at a time and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

10. Sprinkle with a few extra sunflower seeds and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.

11. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
