Skyr with freeze-dried strawberries and granola

1. Turn on the oven to 150°C convection.

2. Coarsely chop the nuts and mix with the oats, sunflower seeds, cardamom and salt.

3. Melt the butter and honey in a pan. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

4. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread well. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.

5. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Break apart the granola mixture and toss with freeze-dried strawberries.

6. Arrange the skyr or yoghurt in small glasses and sprinkle with granola.
