Honey roasted muesli

1. Turn on the oven to 180°C.

2. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.

3. Mix all the ingredients (except the raisins) well together in a bowl. It is important to stir well so that the honey comes into contact with all parts of the other ingredients.

4. Line a baking pan with baking paper and spread the mixture on the baking paper.

5. Roast the mixture in the oven for about 25 minutes.

6. Turn the muesli a few times during the roasting.

7. Add the raisins and leave the muesli to cool completely.
