Oatmeal with berries and hazelnut flakes

  • Raspberry porridge:
  • 1.5 dl coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 3 dl oat milk or water
  • 1,5 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Topping:
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 0,5 dl raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. Svansø Hazelnut flakes


1. Put all the ingredients for the porridge (except the frozen raspberries) in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring as you go.

2. Turn off the heat when the porridge has thickened and has a good consistency, then add the raspberries.

3. Stir well and transfer to a bowl.

4. Halve the passion fruit and add it to the porridge with the other toppings.
