1. Rub the chicken meat with sea salt and pepper. Fry in a little olive oil in a hot pan until just cooked through.

2. Let it cool a bit and pick it into bite-sized pieces.

3. Drain the garlic of oil and rinse the blackberries in cold water.

4. Rinse the lettuce leaves and cut them.

5. Gently mix the lettuce, chicken, garlic and blackberries with 1 dl of the ramsom dressing and divide the mixture into 6-8 serving glasses.

6. Serve with toast and extra ramson dressing.
