1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast lightly in the oven at 200°C.

2. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

3. Mix them with the marinated garlic and freshly chopped oregano.

4. Place the bread slices on a baking tray and spread the tomato mixture on the bread.

5. Top with chopped Parmesan.

6. Place the baking sheet on top of the oven and grill until sizzling and the Parmesan begins to melt.

7. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve the bread piping hot as an appetizer or starter.
