Preparation

1. Spread the potatoes evenly in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with salt.

2. Mix the Bearnaise sauce and skimmed milk and pour over the potatoes.

3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes in theoven.

4. Serve the bearnaise potatoes with all meat, where bearnaise sauce and potatoes are otherwise served separately.
