Blueberry chutney

  • 120 g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 dl apple vinegar
  • 40 g Svansø Cane sugar, organic
  • 200 g Svansø Grilled peppers
  • 30 g sambal oelek
  • 300 g blueberry porridge
  • 0,5 tsp. salt
  • 15 g acacia honey
  • sambal oelek


1. Mix onion, vinegar, sugar, grilled peppers and Sambal Oelek.

2. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

3. Add the blueberry porridge and heat through - do not boil.

4. Season the blueberry chutney with sambal oelek, salt and honey.

5. Cool before serving.
