Cod with pesto and serrano ham

  • 10 pieces cod loins
  • 200 g Svansø Green pesto
  • 10 slices of serrano ham


1. Dab the cod loins dry.

2. Spread the green pesto evenly on each loin, wrap with a slice of serrano ham and place in an ovenproof dish.

3. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
