Ingredients
- 2 kg small organic potatoes

Svansø Virgin Olive Oil

100g Svansø hazelnuts
- 4 spring onion stems
- 1 bunch of dill

Svansø Dijon Dressing
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air.
2. Scrub the potatoes well and place them in a baking dish with olive oil
3. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
4. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 45-55 minutes.
5. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and toast them in a dry, hot pan until golden.
6. Rinse and chop the spring onions and dill.
7. Put the potatoes, hazelnuts, dill and spring onions in a bowl.
8. Add enough Svansø Dijon Vinaigrette to cover everything and toss everything together.
