Grilled tenderloin steak

1. Mix a marinade of 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 clove of pressed garlic and sea salt.

2. Cut the tenderloin into 8 pieces, press with a flat hand and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

3. Fry the meat on a hot grill pan.

4. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag and drain in a sieve.

5. Mix the drained pasta with the pesto and olives.

6. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and leave to cool slightly.

7. Mix the pine nuts with halved cherry tomatoes, rocket and a little olive oil.

8. Portion out the meat, pasta and salad and season with salt and pepper if desired.
