Snack almonds with paprika

1. Heat the lemon oil in a thick-bottomed pan.

2. Pour the almonds into the hot oil and stir for a few minutes.

3. Sprinkle the paprika over the almonds and stir to distribute the paprika.

4. Grate a little lime zest over the top and stir again.

5. Drain the almonds on greaseproof paper.

6. Serve the cooled almonds as a savoury snack.
