Deep-fried onions:

1. Heat the oil in a pan until it reaches 160-170 degrees.

2. Now peel and halve the peeled onions and slice them about 3 mm thick.

3. Mix the flour with salt and then fold the onions well into the flour mixture.

4. Fry the onions a little at a time - use small amounts at a time.

5. When the onions are golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel before serving.


1. Grill the sausages until golden and crispy.

2. Heat the bread quickly on the grill or in the oven.

3. Slice the bread and place a strip of ketchup on the bottom.

4. Place the sausage on top and top with another strip of ketchup, the fried onions and finish with the salad mayonnaise.

5. Finally, sprinkle with cress.
